The Royal Mosaic direct baking wood oven is made from a one-piece clay oven made by hand following the secrets and processes that Horacio perfected in 1945. Unlike other ovens, this one is then insulated with ceramic fiber blanket and expanded clay and finally finished with a ceramic layer type "brittle" with different colors to choose from, to achieve very high quality standards and performance. With perfect finishes, and many sizes to choose from, the Royal Mosaic wood oven incorporates a double cast iron door and adjustable smoke outlet. Like all PRC Ceramics ovens, the Royal Mosaic oven also has the CE certificate on the food safety standards of its materials for being in contact with food.
